Important Note: Physical reporting of the candidate at the allotted college is mandatory in every phase. Mere attendance at web counseling does not guarantee a seat.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria Overview
Before you start your web options, ensure you meet the official eligibility requirements:
You must be an Indian National and belong to the state of Telangana.
You must have completed the age of 19 years on July 1st of the notification year (no maximum age limit).
Educational Qualifications: You should have passed or appeared in a Bachelor’s Degree (B.A, B.Com, B.Sc, BCA, BBA, etc.) or Master’s Degree with at least 50% aggregate marks. For Bachelors in Engineering or Technology, 50% aggregate is required.
Reserved categories (SC/ST/BC) require a minimum of 40% marks in the qualifying exam.
Candidates with MBBS, BSC (AG), B.Pharm, LL.B, or similar professional courses are not eligible for the B.Ed course.

To participate in the counseling, all candidates must register online at the official portal: edcetadm.tgche.ac.in.
Processing Fee Details:
General Category: Rs. 800.00
SC/ST Candidates: Rs. 500.00
The fee must be paid online via Credit Card, Debit Card, or Internet Banking.
You will need to upload several scanned certificates, including your TG Ed.CET Rank Card, Original Degree/Provisional Certificate, SSC pass certificate (for Date of Birth proof), Study certificates (Class IX to Graduation), and Aadhar Card. Special category students must also upload their relevant certificates (NCC/CAP/PH/Sports) and attend physical verification.
