The Telangana Education Common Entrance Test (TG Ed.CET-2025) will be held as a Computer Based Test (CBT). This exam is being organized by Kakatiya University, Warangal, on behalf of the Telangana Council of Higher Education. It is meant for students who want to take admission into the two-year B.Ed regular course for the academic year 2025–2026 in various Colleges of Education across Telangana State.

TG EdCET Exam Syllabus Overview
The TG EdCET exam consists of three parts: Part A (General English), Part B (General Knowledge and Teaching Aptitude), and Part C (Methodology). The total duration of the exam is two hours, and the total marks are 150. You can choose one of the five methodologies based on your subject preference: Mathematics, Physical Science, Biological Science, Social Studies, or English.

The common entrance test will be of objective type (multiple choices) examination. Each question carries one mark and test is conducted for total 150 marks.

Candidates with B.A/B.Sc with Mathematics as one of the group subjects, B.E/B.Tech with Mathematics and BCA candidates with Mathematics at Intermediate level as a group subject.
